Located within the Aldergrove Athletic Park, the ~1.5 hectare bike facility is surrounded by sports fields, tennis courts and community garden. Its history goes back to 2010 when Jay coordinated with the Town to carry out public consultation for detailed Bike Park design with a local contractor undertaking construction. Following up in 2018, Hoots was called in to reboot and update the facility, and engage the riding community to optimize their experience.

In the ensuing years, the Town has brought Hoots back for regular maintenance services to reshape / dial in the dirt features and bring them up to their performance intent. The Start Hill has also been expanded for improved access. Alongside, the Town carpentry team has repaired and renewed the elevated skills complex using re-purposed wood from downed trees.
Riders of all ages and abilities continue to enjoy the Bike Park and variety of riding opportunities with start / return deck and entry drops, progressive jump line series, and wood skills components. Meanwhile, planning is in the works for revitalization of the mini Bmx track and wall ride in future.
