In 2013, Jay was contacted by UniverCity - an affiliate of Simon Fraser University’s Community Corporation and Community Trust that brings together stakeholders and representatives to improve and shape sustainable community and greenspace development. Known as Parcel 24, Jay was asked to create a temporary Bike Park in land allotted for future mixed-use development.

Jay consulted with UniverCity to develop a concept that catered to all ages, skill levels and abilities with construction taking place in spring 2013 with additional advanced - expert jump line built in 2014.

The facility was popular with riders, students and folks from the community and neighbourhood area constantly coming to check it out amongst the adjacent shops, residences, campus buildings and bustling transit node. Parcel 24 was redeveloped in 2021 with UniverCity looking to other potential sites in the area to re-establish a Bike Park.
