Hoots was sub-contracted out in 2016 to help redevelop the Inter River Park bike facilities with Phase 1 completed in spring 2017. Working with King Kubota Services Ltd. and the North Vancouver District, alongside liaising with North Shore BMX and local riders, the bike park now has an intermediate - advanced pump track set in place, a paved run bike - junior pump track, a start / return hill with rock roll and practice progression drops, as well as naturalized borders and designated picnic area.

With plans to implement improvements at Inter River Park alongside completion of the bike park over the next few years, phase 2 will include a second intermediate - advanced pump track with both tracks to be paved. Together with formalized seating, picnic and spectator areas, fencing, drop-off area and exploring of surfacing options, the Inter River bike park development seeks to establish a world class facility that complements and supports the community, NS BMX, other related associations and National events.
